Refund policy

We want every Komfy order to feel exactly right.

Kids grow fast and sizes can be tricky, we get it. If something doesn't fit the way you expected, we'll make it right.

Here's what you need to know

  • Submit refund/exchange request within 14 days of receiving the package
  • Refund/Exchange process takes 1 week
  • Items must be unwashed, with the tags on
  • Shipping fees for request are 80 LE

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Tags must still be attached

What We Don't Accept

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without their original tags

How to Request an Exchange

  1. DM us on Instagram or send us an email
  2. Tell us your order number and the reason for the exchange
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we take full responsibility. Reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll resolve it immediately — no questions asked.
